Who controls purchase data
DiffLoom is operated by realb.it, 103–105 O'Riordan Street, Mascot NSW 2020, Australia. realb.it controls the limited purchase, support, and operational information described below.
Screenshot processing
Before and after screenshots are decoded, aligned, compared, and rendered locally by your web browser. We do not upload, store, or inspect those images or the report you create. Closing the tab clears the working images from the page.
Payment
Stripe handles Studio checkout. DiffLoom receives a checkout reference and payment status, but not your full card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Browser storage
DiffLoom stores a small purchase entitlement and, for Studio users, comparison preferences in your browser. It also remembers whether the one free export was used. These records do not contain your screenshots. Clearing site data removes them; email us from the checkout address if you need paid access restored.
Purpose and retention
We process checkout and support information to perform the purchase contract, meet tax and accounting duties, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and protect legitimate claims. Hosting security logs follow the provider's operational schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, object to certain processing, or complain to your local regulator. We may ask you to write from the checkout email so we can verify the request. Australian users may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Ordinary operational data
Hosting and payment providers may record request time, IP address, browser type, and error information for security and reliability. We do not sell personal data or use uploaded screenshots for model training.
