Try before paying
Image loading, all four comparison modes, tolerance, alignment, metrics, and one watermarked report up to 1600 px are available free. Please test DiffLoom with representative screenshots before buying Studio.
When we refund
If payment succeeds but Studio does not unlock, or clean export is technically unusable due to a DiffLoom fault, contact us within 14 days. We will first try to restore access or fix the issue and will refund the purchase if we cannot.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where a cooling-off right applies, we honour it unless you validly requested immediate digital supply and that right ended when access was supplied. The checkout acknowledgment records that request.
What is not a fault
A change of mind, differences caused by screenshot timing, browser or font rendering, unsuitable images, local memory limits, or a report that confirms an unexpected visual change are not product faults. Your non-excludable consumer rights still apply.

Email hello@realb.it with the checkout email, approximate purchase time, and a description of the problem. Do not attach confidential client screenshots unless you choose and are authorised to share them.
